SACS Icon Missing from Desktop

If your SACS icon is missing from your desktop, it is usually an indication for network disconnect and in most cases will happen if you have not logged out of SACS during server maintenance.   And in these case you may have to restart or log out of your PC and then back in to regain network connection.

But first, if SACS Icon is missing from  desktop you can replace it yourself in most cases b y following these theses steps

1. Click on START
2. then click on All Programs or Programs in Windows 10
3. Locate the SACS software Folder
4. Once there, you should find the SACS Icon in the SACS Software Folder. 
5. Once located, RIGHT CLICK on the icon and then go to SEND TO, then select DESKTOP (Create Shortcut)
