How to Reset your SACS menu when logged in from remote desktop (Remote Users Only)

If you are a remote user (Usually property management staff and CSS) you log directly into SACS using remote desktop. In some cases if you click off a SACS module or minimize  while logged in remotely,  you may think that its not working, but it is actually going behind the SACS main menu in most cases. 

 

If this happens,  and you still see the main SACS menu, GO TO FILE (In the upper left) and click on RESET SCREEN SIZE.   In most cases you can avoid disappearing SACS menus or black screen by:

 

  • Only minimizing the remote desktop program from the blue bar. 
  • Never, minimize or exit SACS from remote desktop
  • Always exit SACS by using the LOG OFF button
