How to reset your password for a work account

To reset your password and get back into your account

1.    Lock your computer with “Control-Alt-Delete”

2.    You should see the following “Reset Password” link.

3.    Click on it to start the password Reset process.

Begin by entering your HACFM account (email address)

Click NEXT and select “Text my mobile phone”.

Confirm the phone number in the bottom screen and click NEXT

Enter the Verification Code you received and click Next:

Create a new password and confirm it per below:

Click Next and then Finish and your password has now been reset.
